In honor and memory of Walter Edwin Griesbach (1888-1968), an outstanding scholar in the classical sense, for whom the training of the younger generation was a deep desire, the Griesbach-Hallenstein-Foundation supports the academic youth in Switzerland in the area of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
